Let's talk about the DB RDL (Dumbbell Romanian deadlift). It can also be performed with a barbell and it's a great accessory movement to build your peaches! 🍑
An RDL is a hip hinge movement - I like to place my feet inside shoulder width apart (my preference). Dumbbells or barbell need to be close to your legs as possible. By pushing your hips back this creates the hip hinge movement, you will feel a stretch down your hammies while keeping your core tight with a straight back (don't hunch your back). Once stretched pull through using your hamstrings and glutes. Standing straight up without over extending your back. 👌😉 Add it into your next peach workout #moveinspiringchange #rdl #training
