Let's normalise a few things in today society!


1️⃣ Everyone's body is unique and beautiful. 2️⃣ Cellulite is normal to have - 99% of females have it, if you don't your one of the lucky ones. 3️⃣ Stretch marks are normal too. Embrace your beautiful lines. 4️⃣ Eating carbs won't make you fat! Think of it as refuelling your body for energy and training. 5️⃣ Lifting weights won't make you big and bulky, in fact it will tone your body. 6️⃣ Weight fluctuation on your period is normal - we all fluctuate. 7️⃣ A number on the scales won't define you as a person, just throw them out. 8️⃣ Praise yourself on your hard work. CELEBRATE your wins. 9️⃣ Social media is fake. Start focusing on you and your life. Stop worrying about what others are doing. Stay in your lane baby! 1️⃣0️⃣ Never change for someone else.
