When it comes to fat loss a lot of people emphasis on the things that will provide a quick fix, instead of long-term solution. For a



sustainable long-term solution, I believe there are 3 important keys that everyone needs to know, to live a happier and healthier lifestyle. Incorporating these 3 keys will help you bring balance to a long-term stability in life.


Over the years, I have seen a lot of ladies who have pushed themselves week in, week out focusing on training and training alone. They don’t get the results they’re looking for and this is generally down to a combination of factors, usually a super strict low calorie diet, lack of sleep, poor nutritional understanding and everyday stress management. Super strict low calorie diets do not provide the correct nutrients to the body. Of course, don’t get me wrong, training is a key element, but it fails in comparison to lifestyle and nutrition. A common misconception is, that people don’t understand that the key to success lies in managing their lifestyle and nutrition well, and by properly addressing these fundamental key elements, you set yourself up for success. The training component is completely useless without the others. When you think about it, most of the women that we aspire to be like, are not shredded all year round – that’s very rare to see. However, you will notice that majority will look the same all year round and they are training at least 7 times a week. To me, this indicates that training is not what’s lacking, it’s their lifestyle and nutrition. #moveinspiringchange #lifestyle #nutrition #training
