Lifestyle choices can be the biggest offender and can cause constant set backs. This, coupled with poor nutrition choices, leads to weight gain or the opposite, looking sickly skinny and having no energy. I attribute this to a poor overall understanding of nutrition, as it has not been properly explained and people are always looking for that quick fix or âMagic Pillâ instead of learning and changing their ways. Letâs face it people are lazy and want things to happen now, rather than putting in the hard work and maintaining a lifestyle change. Itâs usually just because you havenât been shown how to do it properly, and thatâs where I can help.
What I teach my clients is that it doesnât matter how many times a week you train, if your nutrition is not there, if youâre telling lies to yourself, then nothing will change and youâll be left feeling disappointed with NO RESULTS and thatâs the honest truth.
Lifestyle also plays a huge role, just like nutrition, which includes stress and sleep. These two factors are crucial considerations in these busy times as these can lead to a chain reaction of negative metabolic adaptions and if not addressed, will also impact on your results, and slow down the rate of fat loss. This is also an issue for people because they will give up on following a meal plan, due to the lack of results and people are impatient and they will try the next new diet trend.
If your interested in learning and adapting it into your lifestyle MIC is having an 8 week challenge starting in July! #moveinspiringchange #lifestyle #nutrition #training
